Is the design an order straight away?
The digital design is the first step. If you order it, you pay securely via Stripe. Posthaus Merano then checks the motif from a craft perspective before production.
Can I still have the design changed?
Yes. If you like a direction but a detail is not quite right, you can have the design refined or create a new version.
Is the pendant really checked by hand?
Yes. Proportions, engraving, the effect of the material and feasibility are not left to AI alone, but are checked by the workshop.
Is the engraving on the reverse?
Yes. Name, initials or date are conceived as a calm detail on the reverse, so the front remains free for the symbolism.
How long does production take?
The piece is ready for dispatch within 7 working days, because every christening pendant is individually handcrafted.
How does payment work?
Once your design is ready, the order button opens the secure Stripe Checkout. After payment, Posthaus checks the design before production and will get in touch if there are any questions.
